Important Concord Update: Game Temporarily Offline with Full Refunds Available

Dear Concord Community, We’ve been attentively listening to your feedback since the launch of Concord on PlayStation 5 and PC. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has embarked on this journey aboard the Northstar. Your unwavering support and the vibrant community that has blossomed around the game have been incredibly meaningful to us.

However, we acknowledge that while certain aspects of the game resonated well with players, other elements, including our initial launch, did not meet expectations. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to take Concord offline starting September 6, 2024, to explore options that better align with our vision and player expectations.

Effective immediately, Concord sales will be halted, and we will begin offering full refunds to all players who purchased the game on PS5 or PC. If you bought the game via the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, a refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method.

For those who purchased through other digital platforms, refunds will also be available:

• Steam Store: Refunds will be processed within the next few days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

• Epic Games Store: Refunds will also be processed shortly, with direct communication to each customer confirming the refund.

For customers who purchased physical copies from retailers outside of PlayStation Direct, please refer to the specific refund policies of the retailer where you made your purchase.

Please note, once the refund has been processed, access to Concord will be removed from your account.

Please be aware that refunds for PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct purchases may take 30-60 days to reflect on your bank statement. If your original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be credited to your PSN wallet.
